Company Overview We are a small vibrant company with our finger on the pulse of hazards and therapies from new and existing bioelectromagnetics technology. Our research work is presented at conferences and meetings and in the peer reviewed literature. Currently we are undergoing expansion and in 2000 acquired the adjacent freehold premises which have been extensively refurbished inside and out to provide additional workspace. In addition we have built a new 60 square metres purpose-built laboratory on adjoining ground, and developed our botanical nursery plots for the investigation of radioprotective food nutriceuticals. Our Mission As our understanding grows we believe magnetic therapy will be a major factor in treating many ailments in the future. We also believe health hazards of electromagnetic radiation from mobile phones, power lines and other sources are seriously understated. We aim to research these risks and inform you of them. Also we research beneficial effects of magnetic therapy and have products which help with many medical conditions particularly pain relief and circulatory problems. Roger Coghill (biography) Company Background Our founder Roger Coghill owns Medcross Ltd, which he founded in 1981. There are five divisons/subsidiaries. Coghill Research Laboratories, the research division . This laboratory specialises in bioelectromagnetics, the science investigating the interaction of electricity and magnetism with organic life, effects which can be both good and bad. The beneficial aspects are seen in magnetotherapy and the bad side is commonly called electropollution. We not only have an extensive library of research texts, used by visiting students, but are also developing Britain's only Bioelectromagnetics Museum, with exhibits stretching back to the days of Albert Abrams. In addition there are now four other divisions within the Medcross Group: the Electro Magnetic Products Ltd. subsidiary produces markets and sells the products of our own research and others in the field of bioelectromagnetics, including a number of books CDs and DVDs. The British Institute of Magnet Therapy provides home study courses for practitioners in magnet therapy, and also represents nearly every major producer and distributor of biomagnetic products in the UK. BIMT is the face of magnet therapy to Government, the media, and the consumer.. Galonjaweb provides website design services for the group and outside clients. Finally ViewDVD, an Internet based operation designed entirely within the group, is Britain’s largest online DVD rental club, and its revenue provides a steady flow of funds for our research.
